| Description: | Talquin Electric Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an electrical engineer to become a part of its engineering team. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited four year institution. Other degrees may be considered in conjunction with substantial experience in electrical engineering design, distribution line construction, or project management/plan development. EIT certification is preferred. The position will require knowledge, understanding and the ability to apply basic circuit design and power system analysis techniques. Responsible for the oversight and supervision of the upcoming Smart Grid meter deployment throughout the service territory. Must possess strong oral, written and inter-personal communication skills. |
