Rules and Regulations for Service
Residential Service (RS)
Monthly Facilities Charge:
- Single Phase Service $ 10.00
- Three Phase Service $ 25.00
Base Energy Charge $ 0.1039 per KWH
Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment $ 0.013 per KWH
Minimum Monthly Charge:
The minimum monthly charge shall be the higher of:
- The Facilities Charge.
- Minimum monthly charge established by contractual agreement.
- $20.00 (plus WPCA) for single phase service.
Outdoor Lighting (OL)
Standard Area/Street Light $ 9.00 per light
- Energy Charge $3.15
- Equipment Charge $5.85
Larger than Standard Area Light *$ 14.50 per light
- Energy Charge $5.08
- Equipment Charge $9.42
* For existing lights only. No new lights of this type shall be installed.
In Cooperative designated street lighting districts:
- Monthly Charge $ 1.75 per residence within the boundaries of subdivision.
General Service/Non-Demand (GSND)
Monthly Facilities Charge:
- Single Phase Service $ 10.00
- Three Phase Service $ 25.00

Monthly Facilities Charge: $ 65.00
Demand Charge
- Billing Demand in excess of 20KW$ 7.25 per KW
Energy Charge $ 0.0725 per KWH
Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment $ 0.013 per KWH
Minimum Monthly Charge:
The minimum monthly charge shall be the higher of:
- The Facilities Charge.
- Minimum monthly charge established by contractual agreement.
General Service Large Demand (GSLD)
- Facilities Charge $ 300.00
- Energy Charge $ 0. 06198 per KWH
- Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment $ 0.013 per KWH
- Demand Charge $ 7.50 per KW
- The following credits may be applied to each KW of billing demand:
- Point of delivery at 12 KV up to 69 KV $ 0.50 per KW
- Point of delivery at 69 KV or higher $ 1.00 per KW
Minimum Monthly Charge shall be the higher of:
- The Facilities Charge plus Demand Charge.
- Minimum monthly charge established by contractual agreement.
All services will be subject to a monthly wholesale power cost adjustment.

- Reconnect Non-Pay Regular Hours $ 25.00

- Commercial Energy Analysis - Tiered Fees - Member Responsible for 25% of Fee

- Misc. Service Charge Electric Only $110.00
