Residential Service
Monthly Rate:
Facilities Charge
- Single Phase Service $ 10.00
- Three Phase Service $ 25.00
- Energy Charge $ 0.0999 per KWH
Minimum Monthly Charge:
The minimum monthly charge shall be the higher of:
- The Facilities Charge.
- Minimum monthly charge established by contractual agreement.
- $20.00 (plus WPCA) for single phase service.
Outdoor Lighting
- Standard Area/Street Light $ 9.00 per light
- Larger than Standard Area Light*$ 14.50 per light
- In Cooperative designated street lighting districts:
- Monthly Charge $ 1.75 per residence within the boundaries of subdivision
*For existing lights only.
General Service/Non-Demand
Facilities Charge:

- Minimum monthly charge established by contractual agreement.
General Service Large Demand
- Facilities Charge $ 300.00
- Energy Charge $ 0.05798 per KWH
- Demand Charge $ 7.50 per KW
- The following credits may be applied to each KW of billing demand:
- Point of delivery at 12 KV up to 69 KV $ 0.50 per KW
- Point of delivery at 69 KV or higher $ 1.00 per KW
Minimum Monthly Charge shall be the higher of:
- The Facilities Charge plus Demand Charge.
- Minimum monthly charge established by contractual agreement.
All services will be subject to a monthly wholesale power cost adjustment.
