You will need to “Create a New User” when first using the new portal, old login information will not work for this new portal.

Talquin has launched its new online account portal, https://my.talquinelectric.com, which will replace the current site at billing.talquinelectric.com. Members currently using the old site will have until August 30 to create a login for the new portal. If you are already using the Talquin mobile app, the same login credentials can be used for the new portal, https://my.talquinelectric.com. We will disable billing.talquinelectric.com effective August 31.

In order to set up your new login, you will need the pin number that is located on your billing statement. If you are paperless and only receive e-bills, you will need to login to the old site to retrieve one of your billing statements. CLICK HERE. Billing statements are located in the Billing History section – just click on one of the bill dates.
