You will need to “Create a New User” when first using the new portal, old login information will not work for this new portal.
Talquin has launched its new online account portal, https://my.talquinelectric.com, which will replace the current site at billing.talquinelectric.com. Members currently using the old site will have to create a login for the new portal. If you are already using the Talquin mobile app, the same login credentials can be used for the new portal, https://my.talquinelectric.com.
In order to set up your new login, you will need the pin number that is located on your billing statement. If you are paperless and only receive e-bills, you will need to login to the old site to retrieve one of your billing statements. CLICK HERE. Billing statements are located in the Billing History section – just click on one of the bill dates.
