Talquin continues to closely monitor the progression of the Coronavirus (COVID-19.) If there are any confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Talquin’s service territory, we will be closing our Member Service office lobbies. However, our Member Service offices will remain open for drive thru service only. While we understand this may inconvenience Members who prefer to come into an office, the health and safety of employees and Members is our top priority.

We encourage Members to utilize our other payment methods such as Talquin’s online payment portal, mobile app, IVR, auto draft, or mail.

For requests that require in person interaction such as applying for service or capital credit inquiries, appointments at offices will be available by contacting[email protected] or calling 850-627-7651.
