Talquin continues to work diligently to restore power to all Members. At the height of the storm, we had more than 29,000 meters without service and, in less than 12 hours, we have restored service to 50% of the impacted meters. Although Talquin is continuing to assess damage on our system, we would like to provide an initial Estimated Time of Restoration (ETOR) for each substation, as follows:
