**UPDATE AS OF 11/20 (9:15AM): The internet disruptions have been resolved, and full payment services should be restored.
We are currently experiencing internet disruptions that may impact payments made via credit card machines, our mobile app/website, and IVR system.
Our IT team is actively working with the external vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime:
- Cycle 4 and Prepaid disconnects will be postponed until the issue is resolved.
We expect resolution later this morning but will provide updates as needed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore full payment services!
