On August 26, 2026, beginning at 6PM, Talquin’s systems will undergo emergency maintenance.
During maintenance, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

- myTalquin Member Portal Account Management and Outage Reporting
- Automated Phone Services for Bill Payment and Automated Outage Reporting
What this means for you:
- Bill payment services through the myTalquin Member Portal and automated phone system will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Please make payments to your account before or after the scheduled maintenance.
- Outage reporting through the myTalquin Member Portal, Talquin Outage Map, and automated phone system will be unavailable. To report an outage or service issue, please call our live reporting number at 1-888-802-1832.
