OUTAGE UPDATE (8/5/24, 8:00PM): At the height of the storm, we had more than 21,500 services (approximately 39% of our total services) without power. Thanks to our hard-working crews and mutual aid support, we now have less than 7,400 meters without service.
Crews continue to work diligently to ensure power is restored as quickly and safely as possible. For the services still without power, we will provide an Estimated Time of Restoration (ETOR) for each substation in the morning.
