Member drive-thru registration and voting will be from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., and the virtual business portion of the meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. The virtual business portion can be accessed at that time through this website or our Facebook page. In-person attendance at the virtual business portion of the meeting will not be available.
Per Article III, Section 5 of the Cooperative By‐laws, each Member shall be entitled to only one ballot. Joint Memberships are allowed only one ballot, whether separately or jointly. Only persons who are Members of the Cooperative are allowed to vote. A spouse or family member cannot vote in the place of the Member. We ask that you bring your completed ballot with you to the Annual Meeting. You will receive an additional $10 bill credit for bringing an already completed ballot. If you do not have your registration card or ballot with you, please be prepared to show proof of identity and have a government-issued photo ID available.
There will be prize drawings after the business portion of the Annual Meeting! Prizes include a flat-screen TV, four (4) $250 bill credits, and two (2) $500 bill credits. Attendance of the virtual business portion of the meeting is not required to participate in prize drawings—prize winners are selected from all registered Members participating in the morning’s drive-thru voting. At the virtual portion of the Annual Meeting, the drawing will be conducted and the name and street address for each winner will be announced.
