From April 2025 to November 2025, a professional contractor will be performing necessary vegetation management around the Hilliardville Substation, Point Milligan Substation, Havana Substation, Hinson Substation, and Wakulla Substation areas. Trained and licensed applicators will walk the rights-of-way and selectively treat woody stemmed vegetation that poses a risk to power lines, in order to minimize potential outages.
